Green Milk for Coffee

With a high protein content – between 3.3 – 3.6 %, but skimmed (it contains only 1.5% fat) – Green Milk for Coffee is ideal for the right milk foam, smooth and velvety, with great consistency.

Our milk is from local production, it has no additives and no genetically modified organisms.

Sterilized by ultra-pasteurization, it does not require boiling and can be stored in a cold place before opening. The ideal temperature for preparing the milk foam is 4°C that’s why it is good to keep the milk in the refrigerator. Green Milk for Coffee is suitable for every espresso machines with a frother (a special mechanism that helps produce the cream milk) and excellent for all successful recipes of espresso macchiato, cappuccino, caffe latte, hot chocolate.

CAFFE LATTE

Ingredients

  • 30 ml. espresso
  • 150 ml. milk for coffee

 Method

  • Foam the milk with the espresso frother
  • Pour the entire amount of foamed milk in the espresso
  • Add sugar according to taste

CAPPUCCINO

Ingredients

  • 30 ml. espresso 
  • 120-150 ml. milk for coffee

Method

  • Foam the milk with the espresso frother
  • Pour in the espresso 1/3 of the milk foam and 2/3 of the milk
  • Add sugar according to taste

 

CHOCOLATE

Ingredients

  • 125 ml. milk
  • 1 sachet of hot drink powder with chocolate flavour

Preparation

  • Add and mix 125 mL of milk with the chocolate powder
  • Put the content in the pressure steamer to cook
  • Pour the mix into the cup of cappuccino or a tall glass
  • Add sugar according to taste

ESPRESSO MACCHIATO

Ingredients

  • 30 ml. espresso 
  • 3 tablespoons of skim milk

Preparation

  • Foam the milk with the espresso frother
  • Add the milk foam directly over the espresso
  • Add sugar according to taste
