With a high protein content – between 3.3 – 3.6 %, but skimmed (it contains only 1.5% fat) – Green Milk for Coffee is ideal for the right milk foam, smooth and velvety, with great consistency.
Our milk is from local production, it has no additives and no genetically modified organisms.
Sterilized by ultra-pasteurization, it does not require boiling and can be stored in a cold place before opening. The ideal temperature for preparing the milk foam is 4°C that’s why it is good to keep the milk in the refrigerator. Green Milk for Coffee is suitable for every espresso machines with a frother (a special mechanism that helps produce the cream milk) and excellent for all successful recipes of espresso macchiato, cappuccino, caffe latte, hot chocolate.
