Driven by market trends, tradition, and satisfaction, people who drink water for pleasure, not just to quench thirst, fall into two main categories: fans of still water and sparkling water enthusiasts.
When it comes to sparkling water, we’ve noticed a significant increase in its consumer base over recent years. Though sparkling water has been around for over two centuries, its recent rise in popularity raises an intriguing question: why do we love sparkling water so much? What Is Sparkling Water?
Sparkling water naturally contains carbon dioxide or, more commonly, has carbon dioxide added after extraction.
It can be naturally sparkling, where water reaches the surface already infused with carbon dioxide, or carbonated artificially,by adding natural or food-grade CO₂ during an additional processing stage.

"Pure Water" Is Not What You Think
This article marks the beginning of a series of informative materials about drinking water. Water, the most important catalyst for life, often seems simple and ordinary to most of us: "as simple as water." In today's world, with consumer-driven economies, intensive soil exploitation, and pollution, it is far from simple. To bring these insights to the public, we have drawn upon the expertise of "the water prof," biochemist Silvia Enculescu.
From a physical and chemical standpoint, "pure water" does not naturally exist. Scientifically, it is produced only at the end of specific physico-chemical processes in laboratories—and is used exclusively(...)

Like most legends, we will never know what the historical truth is - but regardless, we can only be glad that someone discovered this drink we have come to call tea - which puts us to sleep, energizes, calms, makes an entire planet happy! What are the most popular types of tea?

That you can't make soup without water everyone knows, just as you can't smoke without fire. That soup is better if the water is clean knows every good housewife or householder. And in that of meat, in addition to clean water, you must also boil many bones, with marrow, if possible, to give good taste and robust aroma to the food. Soups are made from all edible vegetables, fruits, bulbs, and tubers, from birds, mammals, and fish of all kinds, and this is known. And if, especially in Transylvania, beer or wine soups are still made - I don't think too many people have heard of the water soup.
"Water soup" (just like that!) is a recipe that appears in our country, written and printed for the first time, in an old cookbook, published by GastroArt publishing house.
"The Little Book of the Chef's Profession – the Cluj Cookbook printed in 1695", represents a translation(...) -
We don't usually tend to take the need to drink enough water too seriously daily. After all, we always have drinking water available - if you get thirsty, you drink, if not, no, right...?
Well, not really.
Or scientists, at least, would disagree with you. Proper hydration helps intestinal transit, keeps body temperature stable, prevents kidney stones, and, in general, keeps your health and mood in the right parameters. Advertisements on TV with "drink a minimum of 2 L of water per day" seem to be in the public interest after all, don't they?
But summer is a slightly more difficult season to stay hydrated. I don't think we need to explain too much why (hint: it's about sweating water ;)). Even if we inform ourselves and realize the need to drink enough water, it is often difficult to simply remember.
We come to your aid with the following few methods to help you consume enough water:(...)
